... "We had a fabulous time. What a lovely house! Our unanimous assessment was that it was by far the nicest house we've ever stayed at. Clean, beautiful, such thoughtful details. What a view!! ... As we drove away both of our kids were demanding to know when we could stay again at the "snow house". I'm sure we'll be back next year (and no doubt we'll have to book early!) ....."

This home has more of a resort feel than a rugged cabin atmosphere. We felt close to everything. It was a perfect mom's retreat. We needed it! The kitchen was so well equipped, tons of linens, both bedding and towels, comfortable beds, and just overall, we were totally comfortable and happy!! And, the hill behind the house was so perfect for sledding for the kids - we brought up sleds and saucers and toboggans, but didn't realize they could just walk out the door and go!
