Located in renowned Sun Peaks Resort, on a quiet hillside, with nice views, the Ski-in Ski-out Mountain Vista Townhouse is located at the large downhill and cross-country ski-areas of the resort. During the summer season, an 18-hole golf course and many hiking and mountain biking trail will capture your recreational interests.

The Ski-in Ski-out Mountain Vista Townhouse was built in 1998 and has approximately 1000 sq.ft. living area. The upper level has the master bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with Queen (!) bunk beds, and a bathroom. The middle level has a living room, gourmet kitchen, separate dining area, and the second full bath. The lower level has a large room with a sauna, shower, and twin bunk beds. The one-car garage, also at the lower level, is heated and has ample space for storage of ski equipment. The home features wall-to-wall carpets and heated ceramic tile floors. Comfortable furniture, a fireplace, and tasteful decor will contribute to making your stay pleasant and memorable. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. The Ski-in Ski-out Mountain Vista Townhouse is ideal for a family with children and all-season enjoyment.
