Vista Chalet is available for vacation rentals on a first-come first-served basis.
Rates are:
$300 per night from December through March;
$150 during April, May, Sep, Oct, and Nov;
$200 during June, July, and August;
275 for Thanksgiving holiday period;
$350 for winter holiday periods (Christmas/New Year's, President's Day weekend, M.L. King Day weekend);
$275 for summer holiday periods.
Minimum 2 nights stay (3-7 night minimum during holidays)
Cleaning fee (additional): $130
(A substantial rebate will be issued if renter does laundry). Refundable Damage Deposit required for each rental: $500
Tax (additional): 10% of rental amount.
Passes to Tahoe-Donner recreational areas are available at nominal extra expense. Please inquire for details.
