Mountain Home is available for vacation rentals on a first-come first-served basis.
Rates are:
Winter: $350/night
Summer: $300/night
Spring, Fall: $275/night
Holidays: Labor Day, Memorial Day: $300/night
Presidents Week, MLK weekend: $400
July 4th, Thanksgiving: $350/night
Christmas/New Years: $400/night

Minimum 2 nights stay (3-7 night minimum during holidays)
Cleaning fee (additional): $150
(A substantial rebate will be issued if renter does laundry). Refundable Damage Deposit required for each rental: $500
Tax (additional): 10% of rental amount, excluding cleaning fee.

Nominal entrance fees to Tahoe-Donner recreational areas can be purchased ad-hoc upon presentation of Tahoe Donner guest passes that will be made available to you at no extra expense. Please inquire for details.
