Pinnacle Chalet is available for vacation rentals on a first-come first-served basis.
Nightly Rates are:
Winter (Dec 1-April 15): $450
Summer (June 16-Sept 30): $400
Spring, Fall (April 16-June 15/Oct 1-Nov 30): $350
Christmas, New Years, MLK, President's Day: $500
July 4, Labor Day: $425
Thanksgiving: $400

Cleaning fee (additional): $150
Refundable Damage Deposit required for each rental: $750
Tax (additional): 10% of rents

2 nights minimum stay. Longer minimum stay (3 - 7 nights) during peak periods. Rates subject to change without notice. No pets and no smoking - no exceptions.

All linens and towels provided.
Guest passes provided for access to Tahoe Donner amenities with nominal guest fee.
