A&C Vacation Rentals
The Garden View Studio is available for vacation rentals on a first-come first-served basis.
Rental rates are adjusted so that you pay less when you stay longer.
April 24 - May 25, 2008: $150/night Sunday - Thursday; $175/night Friday & Saturday
May 26 - September 5, 2008: $175/night
September 6, 2008 - May 25, 2009: $150/night Sunday - Thursday; $175/night Friday & Saturday
June 19-23: $195/night
2 people maximum occupancy:
Minimum 2 nights stay (3 night minimum during holiday periods)
Availability and Reservations .
Specials:
Linens and towels are provided. Cleaning fee is included in rental rates.
Rents for 3rd and all subsequent nights are reduced by $25/night
Obtain 3rd night off for all rentals starting on Mondays or Tuesdays during 4/26/08 - 5/25/08 and 9/5/08 - 5/25/09.
Obtain 4th night off for all rentals during 4/26/08 - 5/25/08 and 9/5/08 - 5/25/09.
Obtain 7th night off for any rental.
(Only one special can be used per 7-day rental period)
Housekeeping services during the rental period are only available upon special arrangement.

All rental fees must be received 30 days prior to the rental date. Should you need to cancel, you will
receive a refund if, and to the extent of, we are able to find a replacement renter.
