Rental and Pricing Information for Alegria and Amor Apartments

The Alegria and Amor apartments have several features that make them the just perfect place to stay while experiencing the divine healing powers in and around the Casa de Dom Inacio in Abadiania, and that are quite atypical for the accommodations one normally finds in Abadiania. Each apartment features:

• Very close vicinity to the Casa de Dom Inacio (just across the street)

• Utmost privacy (no view intrusion from anywhere (including terrace)

• Side-by-side located (ideal for friends or a family to rent both apartments)

• Exquisite vacationing with soothing views, quietude, elegance

• Panoramic unobstructed views

• Quietude, often the singing of birds is all you hear

• Prime energetics

• Air conditioning & heating

• Floor-to-ceiling screened glass doors to a large, private covered terrace

• Modern appliances, gas stove, and a new washer/dryer

• Desirable European-style queen-size bed with wooden laths

• Additional twin-size bed in the living room

• Comfortable and stylish living room and deck furniture, 2 hammocks

• Hotel room-type private safe in Alegria

• Local Manager/Agent available on short notice throughout your stay

• Housekeeping once per week

• Unlimited free WiFi

We use a personalized reservation process; all details are handled via e-mail.
Occupancy limit:  2 people in each apartment (we may accept a third person upon special consideration).

Restrictions: No children (politeness consideration to other guests), no animals in Alegria (permissible in Amor), no smoking (OK on terrace)
Minimum rental period: 4 nights

All-inclusive pricing per apartment

Single occupancy:

US$46 (R$276) per night first 5 nights
US$30 (R$180) per night next 7 nights
monthly total: US$460 (R$2760)

Double or triple occupancy:

US$50 (R$300) per night first 5 nights
US$35 (R$210) per night next 7 nights
monthly total: US$500 (R$3000)

Housekeeping charge: US$20 (R$120) per week; US$80 (R$480) per month

A refundable Security/Damage Deposit in the amount of US$125 (R$750) is required when invoiced (for longer-period rentals)

Pet fee: US$60 (R$360) per rental (if a pet is permitted at Amor by written exception of our strict “NO PETS” policy)
(such an exception would only apply to Amor and not to Alegria, where we continue to guarantee to guests for health reason that no pets are permitted).

Cancellation Policy:

• Rescission: within 48 hours from time of reservation with full refund.

• More than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% refund, less US$50 (R$300) service fee:

• Within 30 days of your check-in date: no refund

• If you shorten your stay after check-in, there will be no guaranteed refund of rents paid, or payable, for canceled nights.

• As a courtesy to our customers, if we are able to find a suitable replacement rental tenant, we will refund all monies paid for the re-rented nights, less an US$50 (R$300) service fee.

• Furthermore, we will certainly work with guests in the event that cancellation is due to documented serious illness or “Acts of God.” Please see here for more details of our cancellation policy.

Payment Details:

• Your nonrefundable down payment on rents of US$100 (R$600) will reserve your dates.

• Payment of the Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

• The down payment can only occur by personal check (U.S. bank only), Zelle, CC via PayPal, or bank transfer (Germany)

• Payment of the balance can occur: via transfer into our bank account in Germany, by Zelle or personal check (US banking institution only), or via personal check (U.S. bank only)

• We may also accept balance payment in cash in Brazilian reais upon arrival (at Reais/US$ exchange rate applicable on day of arrival)

• Lead pricing currency is the US$. If payment in Reais or Euros is desired, the foreign exchange rate will be 6 reais/US$ or 0.9 EUR/US$, except that an exchange rate adjustment will be due if the exchange rate deviates by more than 5% from from these values.
