We will decline any rental request if adherence to our restrictions and the TD rental rules (which apply to ALL vacation rentals in Tahoe Donner) appears uncertain.
Owners will assess a minimum $600 fee for non-compliance with the no pets, no smoking, and/or no partying restriction.

Rent Vista Chalet

The panoramic vistas are maximized from every room and large decks. The lower level has two bedrooms (with Q beds), a bathroom, and a two-car garage. The family room with dining area and kitchen, as well as an extra-large master bedroom (with Q bed and reading area), and deck are on the upper level. There is a large loft with two Q-size beds, ideal for the younger generation of your group. Enjoy the hot tub on the front deck. The home features wall-to-wall carpeting and a vaulted LR ceiling. The Vista Chalet is not suited for wheelchairs.

The Vista Chalet is located at 6,700 ft elevation almost at the top of Rhineland Ave, which starts at Northwoods Blvd. The majestic views from Vista Chalet over much of the Tahoe-Donner development are entirely unobstructed by buildings.
