Rental Restrictions, Changes in Rental Occupancy

Pricing is based on a rental occupancy of 1 person. A modest additional fee applies to each permitted person, including children.*

General Consideration: This house is intended as place for meditation and spiritual healing. We therefore request our guests to adhere to the following rules:

Occupancy Restrictions:
— Not more than 4 people, excluding infants under 6 months of age, but including older children if permitted by written exception.
— For safety reasons (swimming pool, high floors with insufficient railings), children under 9 years of age are not permitted.

Partying: We do not permit that renters invite guests for private events held at Casa de Luz.

Use of Swimming pool: for energetic reasons, use of the pool is permitted only to the registered guest, not to any other people.

Pets: No pets are allowed inside the walled premises under any circumstances -- no exceptions, not even if "well trained" or "kept only outside" ...
This no-pet policy is for health reasons and applies also to “emotional/medical support animals.”

Smoking: We do not permit smoking (including e-cigarettes) anywhere inside the house (OK only outside on the terraces, with proper ash tray).

* Please note that this charge is not per person-night but per person per rental night. For example, if a rental for 14 nights was arranged for 1 person, and one additional guest comes for three nights only, the additional charge would be 14 times the per person per night supplemental charge, not just 3 times that amount.
