House Details

-- Cell phone reception (most carriers) excellent everywhere in house
-- Bedrooms and Bathrooms: 4 BR - 3 1/2 BA:
-- 1 master bedroom with California K on upper floor (BA with 3’x5’ shower stall);
-- 1 master bedroom with round (96" DIA) "sultan" K-size bed on lower floor
(BA with 2-person jacuzzi-tub and separate 3’x5’ shower stall);
-- 1 BR with Q on main floor
-- 1 BR with 2T on main floor (shared BA with 3’x5’ shower stall);
-- one guest bath (toilet and sink) on upper level.
-- Front door and garage doors open with numeric key pad
(code is communicated prior to rental date).
-- Mattresses are medium-hard; beds are made upon arrival
-- Assortment of linens and towels in closets; linens washed with TIDE.
-- Medium speed Internet (15MBps down, 2MBps up); router in LR
(PW will be communicated prior to arrival, data limit applies in high season).
-- TV with basic HD DirecTV programming (Sacramento area channels);
— HDMI Input and Roku device available for your streaming preference

Garages:
3-car garage, attached to house; the garage contains equipment and tools that are private and not part of the rental, but we do nonetheless provide space to park two full-size SUV-type guest vehicles and one smaller passenger car, so that renters have ample of space for off-street parking (which is illegal at Tahoe-Donner and carries ridiculously heavy fines for non-compliance).
Kitchen
The following is an incomplete inventory:

-- electric range with oven and four cooking plates; fume vent

-- Braun coffee maker (we supply the conical #4 Melitta filters)
(a second coffee maker is available)

While we have celiacs family members, we do generally recommend that chemically/environmentally sensitive persons bring their own equipment.
