Rental and Pricing Information for Casa Pacis
When you book HERE (i.e., directly with us), YOU WILL NOT INCUR, AND THUS SAVE, ABOUIT 20% THIRD-PARTY BOOKING FEES.

MEDIUM TERM BOOKING:
$4888 FOR 31 NIGHTS (all-inclusive, bottom-line charge, inclusive of housekeeping, hot tub fee, and other fees and taxes)
This equals the all-inclusive bottom-line STR pricing for 14 nights, to which we then add 17 nights at no additional charge. The 31 nights must be contiguous. The $4888 pricing is for up to 2 people occupancy. A $310 surcharge per 31-night booking applies for a third person staying one or more nights (if approved as exception).
A $900 Refundable damage/security deposit applies to hold the reservation.

RENTAL INFORMATION
Sea Ranch recreation centers: free admission with passes we provide.
Linens and towels: provided; beds are made on arrival (however, in the wake of the Covid pandemic, we continue to ask that our guests to consider bringing their own blankets/comforters)
Condiments: some common condiments provided as a courtesy.
Firewood: only commercial fire-logs [“Duraflame” or equiv.] are permitted; we provide one 3-hour log for each rental (more can be purchased in the Gualala supermarkets; for fire protection, we do not permit burning of conventional firewood or paper products).
Internet: free, unlimited (high-speed, fiber-optics, wireles, >~100 MBps up and down)
Cell phone coverage: excellent (Verizon & ATT carrier types).
Pricing Guarantees: All prices are subject to change at any time; except when quoted as an ad-hoc email response to, and pertaining only to, a specific inquiry for booking. We reserve the right to decline a rental request without prejudice.
Cancellation policy: For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date we will refund all monies received, except the Security Deposit. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, only the Security Deposit and hot tub and cleaning charges and associated taxes are refunded. As a courtesy, we may offer special arrangements if the cancellation is due to serious illness or Acts of God.
Wheelchair suitability: Casa Pacis is not suited for wheelchairs.
