RENTAL INFORMATION
Sea Ranch recreation centers (pools, saunas, tennis, pickle ball): FREE admission (with passes we provide)
Linens and towels: provided; beds are made on arrival (consider bringing own blankets/comforters)
Condiments: some provided as a courtesy
Firewood: only commercial fire-logs permitted (“Duraflame” or equiv.); we provide one 3-hour log per rental
Internet: free, unlimited WiFi (high-speed, fiber-optics, wireless, >100 MBps up and down)
Cell phone coverage: excellent (all carrier types)
Pricing Guarantees: firm when quoted as an email response pertaining to a specific booking request
Cancellation policy: For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date we will refund all monies received except the Security Deposit. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, only the Security Deposit and hot tub and cleaning charges and associated taxes are refunded. As a courtesy, we may offer special arrangements if the cancellation is due to serious illness or Acts of God.
