We offer the following bookings:

SHORT-TERM (4n min.)

no animal, no smoking, no events

MEDIUM TERM BOOKING
(31 nights or longer)

$5420 for 31 nights all-inclusice
for 2 people, incl. housekeeping,
hot tub, and weekend surcharges

This pricing equals bottom-line STR pricing for 15 nights, to which we then ADD 16 FREE NIGHTS.
(Pricing compares to $6527 when booked via Airbnb; difference is their commission and fees)

Add:
— $340 for an approved 3rd person
— $175 for each additional night

All nights must be contiguous
No subletting

$900 Refundable Security Deposit required to hold reservation.

STR BOOKING (4-30 nights):

$313/weeknight
(for 1 or 2-person occupancy)

$45 optional hot tub fee per week
$28/n for an approved 3rd person
$28 surcharge for Fri & Sat & Hol.
14% Sonoma C. TOT tax (Cert. # 397)

$600 Refundable Damage/Security Deposit required to hold reservation.

4 nights minimum rental booking (may consider 3 if 4 are unavailable)

Cancellation policy: full refund except Security Deposit for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the originally scheduled arrival date. If less than 30 days and fully paid, only the Security Deposit and hot tub and cleaning charges and associated taxes are refunded. As a courtesy, we may offer special arrangements if cancellation is due to serious illness or Acts of God.
